Biography : Ramesh Ramadoss is an entrepreneur, researcher, author, and international speaker. He received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA. Currently, he is active in the fields of AI and blockchain. He is the author or co-author of one book, four book chapters, and over 50 research papers. He has delivered talks at over 200 international conferences across 70 countries. He serves as the Chair of the IEEE Blockchain Technical Community and spearheaded the launch of over 80 IEEE Blockchain Local Groups worldwide. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the IEEE Standards Association. In 2024, his biography was included in the Marquis Who’s Who in America registry for his notable contributions to engineering. He has 5 years of academic experience and has conducted research projects for DARPA, NASA, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, Sandia National Labs, and Motorola Labs. In addition, he has over 15 years of industry experience at startups, medium-sized companies, and large corporations in Silicon Valley.
Blockchain + AI : Smart Agents
Ramesh Ramadoss followed with an exploration of how blockchain and AI can be integrated to enable autonomy for “Smart Agents”. He traced blockchain’s evolution from Bitcoin to current blockchain architectures, emphasizing their current challenges and potential to serve as the economic network for the agentic internet .
He emphasized that on-chain learning agents could play a significant role in the new agentic internet, including human-to-agent transactions, agent-to-agent transactions, and multi-agent economy.
